This privacy policy explains how Optimus Digital B.V. (we, us), the provider of Tools Hub, collects and uses your personal data when you create an account and use our services.
1. What data we collect
We process, among others, the following data:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your WhatsApp/phone number;
- your password (stored hashed);
- usage and log data, such as your IP address, browser data and login times.
2. Why we use your data
- to create your account and give you access to the tools;
- for security, verification and preventing abuse;
- for advertising and marketing purposes — we may use your data to show or send you offers, promotions and other commercial messages;
- to communicate with you by email and WhatsApp — including service messages, verification codes (OTP) and promotional messages.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on the consent you give at registration and, where applicable, to perform our agreement with you. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).
4. Sharing with third parties
To send WhatsApp messages we use the WhatsApp Cloud API of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. For email we may use an external email service. These parties process data only to deliver the messages. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and afterwards no longer than necessary for the purposes in this policy, or as long as a legal retention obligation applies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing for marketing, and to withdraw your consent. Contact info@optimusdigital.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Security
Passwords are stored hashed and forms are protected against CSRF. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
8. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page.
